Our background
CITVOX grew out of more than 25 years of international experience in decentralisation, citizen participation, good governance and public-sector digitalisation. The team behind CITVOX has worked in different regions on programmes supported by institutions including the European Commission, the World Bank and the African and Asian Development Banks.
Across many countries, we have repeatedly encountered the same challenge: citizens want to be heard more easily, public institutions want to communicate and respond more effectively, and there is often no single structured space where all of this can take place. CITVOX was developed to address this gap.
